Isoclima proudly announces the appointment of Lance Cotton as the new President of the NAFTA Region of Isoclima companies that include Isoclima Specialty Glass in Blairsville, PA, Global Security Glazing in Selma, AL, and Isoclima in Mexicali, MX & Calexico, CA.  Cotton brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role, having a distinguished history in the industry.

Notably, he is recognized for his pivotal contributions to creating and launching groundbreaking products such as CHILDGARD® Security Glazing and ACCESSGARD® Forced Entry Glass.

In addition, while with Dlubak Specialty Glass (now known as Isoclima Specialty Glass), Cotton was a driving force behind the addition of tempered bent glass and additional capabilities in the specialty glass division.

With a proven innovation and leadership track record, Cotton is poised to lead Isoclima’s North American businesses to new heights.  His strategic vision and commitment to excellence make him the ideal candidate to lead these companies into a future of continued success and growth.

With an impressive track record of driving business growth and cultivating strategic partnerships, Kilpatrick is set to lead the company’s expansion efforts.

In this key leadership role, Kilpatrick will be responsible for developing and executing Isoclima/Global’s business development strategy, with a focus on identifying new opportunities, fostering strategic alliances, and driving revenue growth. Kilpatrick will also lead a dynamic team of professionals in the pursuit of new markets and clients.

Kilpatrick brings 17+ years of experience in sales and business development to Isoclima Specialty Glass/Global Security. Kilpatrick has a proven history of success in the building products space, most recently in the flooring sector and has developed long lasting relationships with stakeholders up and down the supply and design chain.
